About the Founder
Amitesh Passey, the founder of Edusarthi, brings 10+ years of hands-on experience in the preschool industry. Before building Edusarthi, he worked across multiple positions in preschool sales and operations, closely witnessing how the franchise model was failing entrepreneurs.
During his early career, Amitesh interacted with hundreds of new preschool investors who bought franchises with trust and hope — but within a year, many struggled with poor admissions, low profits, and lack of real support. As a salesperson forced to sell these franchises, he often felt responsible and guilty, realizing that the system itself was broken.
He saw that a person with a ₹15–20 lakh budget was pushed into investing ₹30 lakhs or more— with no guarantee of success. Meanwhile, people who started independently made better decisions but struggled with curriculum, operations, learning systems, and entrepreneurship.
This inspired Amitesh to create a solution that would free entrepreneurs instead of trapping them. He started developing Edusarthi in 2019, and over two years, he built India’s 1st Tech-Enabled Preschool Consultancy — equipped with a highly advanced AR learning ecosystem and a complete support system for new preschool owners.
